Timing depends on the system type, the building and access. The expected schedule is set out with your written quote, and we coordinate with owners, property managers and strata councils to limit disruption to tenants, staff and customers.
Do commercial HVAC replacements need permits?
Gas replacement work requires an installation permit from the authority having jurisdiction. Depending on the location and project scope, that permit is issued by Technical Safety BC or the local municipality, and other municipal permits may also apply. Vanheat Services obtains the permits required for the work we perform.
Our system uses R-22 refrigerant. Should we replace it?
