A failed igniter or dirty flame sensor can stop a gas furnace or boiler burner from lighting. Many ignition faults can be repaired on the first visit when the part is available.
Refrigerant Leaks
Heat pumps and AC units lose capacity when refrigerant leaks, and the compressor works harder. We locate the source of refrigerant loss and, when the leak is repairable, complete the approved repair and restore the charge to manufacturer specifications.
